Avital Schools was established on the 10th of August 2015, by Engr. (Mrs) Halimat Folasade Agoro (B.Sc, M.Sc, M.BA) at the present site of Avital Nursery and Primary School, 125, Adetola Street, Aguda- Surulere, Lagos. Avital College moved to her present location 47, Bolaji Banwo Street, Off Adetola Street, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos in September 2016.

Avital Schools is the realization of long carried dream of raising rare gems, who will be nurtured to become global leaders and purposeful game changers in various fields of endeavour.
